Over time he noticed that he was hearing the same question over and over. “What should I eat?” His reply would always be the same… “I’m sorry, that is out of my scope of practice.” Technically and legally that was the correct answer because personal trainers are not supposed to make dietary recommendations. But, truthfully he did not know the answer anymore than the people asking the question. So he started researching about nutrition and health… and he hasn’t stopped yet! That journey has led to many courses and certification including a course in functional lab work called Functional Diagnostic Nutrition™. Coach Strick finds himself down a deep rabbit hole of information that the average person just doesn’t know about. Sometimes they don’t know because they don’t care, but many times people are misled, misinformed, and overwhelmed by the vast amount of information available. Coach has investigated, read, and filtered this information and uses that information to help others.
